Your massage session
Good communication is essential throughout your massage session. You have the right, at any time, to let your therapist know of any discomfort or pain. Your therapist will stop or modify the treatment according to your feedback and direction. Massage is generally a very enjoyable experience and is a real treat for your body. Each person however has a different tolerance for pain – some prefer a softer touch, others a deeper treatment. Please let your therapist know your preference at any time during your session.
On your first visit…
You will be asked to fill out a health questionnaire about our Health History and a Consent form. This information is strictly confidential and will only be used by your therapist to understand your condition and plan your session.
