This four-day Enneagram of Liberation Retreat, offers participants the opportunity to discover in a deep and supportive way the use of the Enneagram for insight and self-inquiry in the service of Self-Realization.

The Enneagram reveals how we have falsely identified ourselves as the physical, emotional and mental bodies. The core identification is the unexamined belief that, “I am somebody.” Once this thought arises, the ego becomes crystallized in the mind and consciousness experiences itself as limited. In our time together we uncover the nine variations of the basic belief that one is a limited and separate body. Each fixation will be recognized both externally and internally. We will use video, personal exemplars and exercise to facilitate a deep understanding and experience of each one. Once these patterns of subconscious identification are brought to light, they can be discarded in the search for your true self.

She continually upgrades through practicing a variety of styles, which feed into and evolve her teaching. She is currently practicing and absolutely loves Anusara, whose principles teach heart opening and alignment! Along with her Energy and Enthusiasm Adina brings a grounded simple and profound sense of depth and understanding to her classes and each individual she works with.

In the early 90’s Sandra began to study holistic health while attending the University of Quebec in Trois-Rivieres. Sandra explored many spiritual avenues. She studied and worked at Esalen Institute in Big Sur, California. Her work with Healing has taken her to India, South America, Europe, Hawaii and Mexico.

In 1995 Sandra opened her first studio in Montreal. Shortly afterwards she released her first Yoga DVD. Currently Sandra resides in King City near Toronto. She offers spiritual and wellness workshops privately and through Wellness Nature Retreats. Her classes and conferences are fun, interactive and a great way to improve both knowledge and wellbeing.
