Liz Lester, R.M.T., CMRP

Matrix Repatterning, Myofascial Release, Massage Therapy

Liz graduated from Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy in 1992. Over the ensuing dozen years of full-time private practice, she continually pursued proficiency in Anatomy, as well as Myofascial Release and other structural techniques.

Always looking for better solutions for her clients’ physical issues, she discovered Matrix Repatterning Technique in 2003, and quickly recognized its gentle but profound power to assist the body in healing at a much deeper level. She became a Certified Matrix Repatterning Practitioner (CMRP) in 2007.

After certification, Liz worked for three years as a member of the original “Matrix Team”, alongside Dr. George Roth, the technique’s developer. Because Matrix Repatterning Therapy results in more complete resolution of common injuries and pain patterns that so many people experience, her practice since 2008 has been almost exclusive to treatments using Matrix. She is thrilled to now bring the “Matrix experience” to clients at Its All About You.

When not caring for her clientele or learning new energy modalities, Liz`s pastimes range from keeping her shelties happy and in shape, to snowshoeing, and planning houseboat trips on the Kawartha Lakes.

For more information on Matrix Repatterning, you may refer to Matrix Repatterning® or visit http://www.lizlester.com.

Michel Boily, RMT, CMRP

Swedish Message, Matrix Repatterning

Michel is enjoying his second career as a Heath Care Practitioner, after leaving the business world a few years ago. He found a new passion for wellness and has trained in two manual therapies that are proven to help people achieve balance in their health; Swedish Massage and Matrix Repatterning.

In 1984, Michel discovered how Massage could help him recover fully from debilitating pain in his back after a bad fall.He also found out that regular sessions for relaxation were a key to managing his work and family stresses. Then, in the 2000s, eager to gain new knowledge and develop new skills, he chose to redirect his career and became a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT). When Michel later discovered Matrix Repatterning to recover from a persistent shoulder injury, he was convinced of the power of this new and gentle therapy for recent and chronic injuries. In 2009, he completed training directly under Dr. George Roth, who first developed Matrix Repatterning, to become a Certified Matrix Repatterning Practitioner (CMRP). Today, Michel continues to be in awe of the wonderful capacity of the body to recover from injury and he enjoys meeting people who truly believe in natural wellness.

Michel is excited to be part of the team of talented practitioners at It’s All About You and looks forward to helping as many clients as possible with whichever of his two health care disciplines best applies to a the individual’s needs and goals.
On his own time, Michel is an active member of two local community theatres and is a leader in World Wide Marriage Encounters, an organization that helps couples enhance their marriage. Being a native of Montréal, he is also fully bilingual in English and French.
